Legal Import Without Delays. Guaranteed Customs Compliance.
Full "turnkey" customs clearance and acquisition of mandatory certificates. We assume all bureaucratic and legal risks.
Incorrect documentation is not just a mistake. It is a direct risk: multi-million fines, months of customs delays, cargo confiscation, and reputational damage.
Our certified customs brokers and lawyers specialize in complex and non-standard cases. We don’t just fill out forms — we ensure flawless customs clearance and full legalization of your goods on the market, taking into account all applicable technical regulations, certification requirements, and the specific characteristics of your product.
Your confidence in the result is our primary responsibility.
We Cover All Stages of Your Cargo Legalization
Legal import consists of two interconnected but distinct processes. We manage both on a turnkey basis, guaranteeing that no document is missed and the requirements of one agency do not conflict with another.
Customs Clearance
Fiscal Control & Cargo Release
Consultation and payment calculation
We conduct a legal analysis of your goods. Accurate classification under the Harmonized System (HS Code) forms the basis for determining duty rates and ensuring compliance with applicable prohibitions and restrictions.
Before submitting the declaration, we calculate the full amount of customs payments (import duty, VAT, excise taxes, fees), enabling accurate budgeting.
Preparation of documents
We prepare a complete, correct, and consistent document package. This includes not only standard commercial and transport documents but also title documents (contracts, licenses) and, crucially, the certificates and permits from the right column, without which release is impossible.
Submission of the declaration
We perform electronic declaration (ED) using our company's enhanced qualified digital signature. We file the customs declaration with the customs authority and promptly correct any technical remarks from the system.
Accompanying and releasing goods
Our brokers guide the procedure: interact with the inspector if selected for checks (documentary, physical, accounting), provide additional explanations and information, and process payment of customs duties. Our goal is to obtain the "Release authorized" stamp in the shortest possible time.
Certification & Permits
Conformity Assessment & Product Safety
Requirements analysis
We determine which mandatory technical requirements and standards apply to your product (for example, vehicle safety or low-voltage equipment safety requirements).
We compile an accurate and complete list of mandatory documents required for import and for legally placing the product on the market.
Issuing certificates
Depending on the product type, we organize the conformity assessment process: prepare technical documentation, conduct testing in an accredited laboratory (if required), and obtain a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) or register a Declaration of Conformity (DoC) in accordance with applicable regulations.
Special permits
We handle specialized permits: Vehicle Type Approval (VTA / OTTS) for vehicles and machinery, approvals for radio-electronic equipment, conclusions from competent authorities for industrial equipment, as well as phytosanitary and quarantine certificates.
What Complex Cargoes Do We Handle?
Our specialty is cargo where the cost of a documentation or logistics error is exceptionally high.
  • Electric Vehicles & High-Voltage Batteries
This is a dual-risk cargo: a high-value commodity and a Class 9 Dangerous Good (lithium batteries). We solve a complex set of tasks: accurate HS code classification (separately for the vehicle and battery), obtaining mandatory Vehicle Type Approval (VTA/SBKTS) accounting for the electric powertrain, issuing a TR CU Certificate of Conformity, and preparing ADR documentation for safe transport. An error at any stage leads to delays, fines, or the inability to operate the vehicle.
  • Heavy Machinery & Equipment with Internal Combustion Engines
The complexity lies in the details: we must classify multi-component units(e.g., a backhoe loader), determine the code for each key assembly. Obtain an
environmental certificate (Euro-3/4/5) for the engine, confirming compliance with emission standards. For temporary import (e.g., for construction site rental) — correctly execute a temporary customs procedure with financial security and without the risk of paying full duties. We handle oversized machinery requiring special transport permits.
  • Spare Parts & Components (Wholesale Batches)
The main challenge is managing a massive data array. A single container can hold hundreds of items with different HS codes, countries of origin, and duty rates. We systematize everything, prepare a consolidated declaration with correct code and value allocation. We arrange group product certification under similar technical regulations, significantly saving the client's time and money compared to certifying each part separately. We prevent risks arising from misclassification of "grey area" items.
  • Personal Vehicles & Motorcycles (for Relocation)
The process is emotionally important for the client and bureaucratically complex. We manage the full cycle for private individuals, including advice on potential duty exemptions, preparation of personal and title documents (powers of attorney, deregistration certificates). We conduct customs clearance with payment calculation (duty, recycling fee, VAT) and obtain the key document — the Vehicle Passport (PTS/EPTS). If needed, we assist with the technical inspection and subsequent registration with the traffic police, saving the client from running between government offices.
